WHAT FILE FORMAT ARE THE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?
All digital downloads are PDF format.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled 1:1 booking. Any changes after that will require you to re-book and you will not be refunded for the original booking. Budget Bootcamp cancellations will not receive a refund. Please see the Policies Page for more information.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
All appointments will start on time. If you arrive after your start time your session will be reduced by the amount of time you are late. If you are 10 minutes late or more, your session will be cancelled without refund and you will need to re-book.
HOW EARLY/LATE CAN I BOOK?
You can book as early as 30 days before your desired appointment time and up to 2 days before your desired appointment time for 1:1 coaching. Bookings made 2 days before are subject to the cancellation policy will not be refunded if cancelled or need to be rescheduled. Budget Bootcamp Cohorts will be announced via email.
CAN MY SPOUSE AND I BOOK TOGETHER?
Absolutely! Married couples can book their session together if they operate on one budget together and have combined finances.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO MY BUDGET SESSION?
For your budget sessions you will need:
A list of your bills, their amounts, and due dates
A list of your debt including due dates, minimum payments, and overall balances
Your spouse’s information if you combine finances
Credit card/bank statement(s) from the previous month (up to 3 months) to track spending patterns
